Alan has always enjoyed music and began playing at the age of 14. He got together with a couple of friends to play at a party and hasn't stopped since.
Alan was inspired by such artists as Beatles, Cream, Richard Thomson, Albert Lee and Tom Waits.
Also formerly of , "Side Effects", Alan has been with Lights Out By Nine since its roots in 1987.
